- Usage Data: Number of text queries sent, subscription tier, account activity
- SMS Metadata: Message delivery status, timestamps, and message counts (but NOT message content tied to your identity)
- Device Information: Mobile carrier information
1.3 Anonymized Conversation Data
We collect anonymized question and answer data to improve our AI service quality. This data is stored separately from your personal information and cannot be linked back to you individually. Conversations are assigned random session IDs that are not connected to your user account.

- Provide the RidgeText service and respond to your text inquiries
- Send you AI-generated responses via SMS
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send service-related notifications (e.g., quota warnings, account updates)

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
IMPORTANT - SMS Opt-In Data Protection:
We do NOT share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate the Service, including SMS messaging platforms, cloud infrastructure providers, and payment processors. These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services to us and to protect your information.

You can request account deletion through your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal information will be anonymized.

You have the right to request a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format.
6.5 California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
