What happens if I exceed my quota?

Paid tier users can continue using RidgeText with pay-as-you-go overage rates (see rates above). Free tier users will need to upgrade to a paid plan or purchase a Pay-Per-Trip pack.

Does RidgeText work without internet?

RidgeText works anywhere you have cell service. You don't need Wi-Fi or data - just basic SMS capability.

Can I switch between plans?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, or at the end of your billing period for downgrades.
