Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

What happens if I reach my quota limit?
When you reach your monthly limit, you can upgrade to a higher tier or purchase a Pay-Per-Trip pack for more prompts. Your quota resets at the start of each billing period. There are no surprise overage charges.
Does RidgeText work without internet?
RidgeText works anywhere you have cell service or satellite texting service. You don't need Wi-Fi or data - just basic SMS capability.
Can I switch between plans?
